ZLP800 suspended working platform, which is developed and produced by our factory,is idea

1). Material: hot galvanzied steel.

2). Pipe size: Front and rear beam is 80*80*3.75mm. Middle beam is 70*70*3.75mm

3). Also, we can use parapet clamp instead of suspension mechanism.

Details of suspended working platform.

1). The working platform can be modular as 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m or as per request.

2). The pipe size of working platform is 40*50*2mm. The pipe size of hoist frame is 40*50*2.5mm.

1). Rated load is 800kg, "a" type rope guiding system.

2). Large spare parts of hoist motor on stock.

3). It can equiped with customer's name mark on the hoist motor.

ZLP800 suspended platform safety lock:

1). Anti tilting safety lock.

The safety lock will automatically lock the wire rope in the condition of the bbreaking of suspension rope of the tilting of platforms within 3 to 8 degree.
